A request lets a manager contact you and agree the details. Until a manager confirms it, the rate, receiving method, and payout time are not fixed.

Payment and payout

Do not send funds before you receive confirmed payment details from a manager. The payment method, crypto network, location, and receiving time are agreed separately for each request.

User responsibilities

Provide accurate contacts and request parameters. Do not use the service for illegal operations, deception, bypassing restrictions, or sharing third-party data without permission.

Service limits

The service may decline a request where fraud is suspected, the law may be violated, data is inaccurate, or an operation cannot be conducted safely.
